Images are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Our stock is shared between the shop, BrickLink and this site and is updated continuously. If an ordered item is nevertheless no longer available, we let you know, remove it from the order and, if it was paid, refund it.

There is no maximum quantity : you can order as many of an item, including pieces, as we have in stock.

3. Order and contract

You choose your items in the basket, then enter your details and the delivery method. By confirming the order, you accept these terms.

The contract is concluded when you receive our confirmation e-mail (reservation or order), so please check your e-mail address carefully.

To order, you must be 18 or have the consent of your legal representative.

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious error or suspected abuse or fraud. Any amount already paid is then refunded.

4. Prices and fees

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including 8.1% Swiss VAT.

For shipments outside Switzerland, the final price is the same; the invoice is issued without Swiss VAT (export). Customs duties and VAT of the destination country are paid by the customer.

For orders under CHF 15.00 of goods, a service fee of CHF 1.00 per lot is added (preparation of each lot).

Shipping costs are calculated from Swiss Post's current rates and the actual weight of the parcel. They are shown before you order. There is no free delivery.

Prices may change at any time; the price shown when you order applies. In case of an obvious price error, we contact you: you confirm the order at the correct price or it is cancelled free of charge.

BeeToys offers no loyalty points, gift cards or discount codes on the site.

5. Payment

During the beta version of the site, items are reserved online and paid at the shop, when you collect them: cash, card or TWINT. Nothing is charged online.

Once online payment opens, it takes place on the secure PostFinance Checkout page, with the methods shown there (for example credit or debit card, TWINT, PostFinance Pay). BeeToys never has access to your card details. The amount is charged when you order.

At the shop, you can pay in cash, by card or with TWINT.

6. Collection at the shop

Collection at the Perly-Certoux shop is free. We e-mail you when your order is ready; simply give your order number at the shop. Opening hours: see the “The shop” page.

Items are reserved for you for 14 days. If you neither collect them nor contact us within this time, the reservation is cancelled and the items are put back on sale.

7. Delivery

We ship with Swiss Post: A or B mail letter (untracked) or PostPac Economy or Priority parcel (tracked). Delivery times shown are Swiss Post's and are not guaranteed.

You receive an e-mail when the order ships, with the tracking number if there is one.

An untracked letter travels at the customer's risk: it cannot be traced and Swiss Post does not compensate it. If a shipment does not arrive, contact us; we will see case by case what we can do. For a valuable order, choose a tracked shipment.

For shipments outside Switzerland, we calculate the exact shipping cost and e-mail you a quote with a payment link. The quote and the reservation of the items are valid for 3 days; without payment within this time, the order is cancelled free of charge.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel a reservation or order free of charge as long as it has not been collected or shipped: write to us or call us. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Swiss law does not provide a right of withdrawal for online purchases. BeeToys nevertheless grants the following right of return:

Let us know before sending anything back. Return costs are paid by you; you can also bring the item back to the shop. We refund the item price within 14 days of receiving and checking the return, to the payment method used. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

10. Errors, missing pieces and warranty

Check your order on receipt and report any error, missing piece or damaged item within 30 days, with your order number and a photo if possible. If the error is ours, we send the missing or correct item free of charge, or refund you.
